Plan, coordinate and direct the Districts budget development activities and administration process.
Prepare quarterly budget updates for the superintendent and the school committee.
Prepare and submit the end-of-year report (EOYR) to the DESE.
Ensure the purchasing process operates economically and following budget limitations, School Committee policy, and state lawsAct as advisor to the Superintendent concerning financial affairs and matters of general importance to the educational program.
Conduct other duties and responsibilities as directed by the Superintendent of Schools.
Attend monthly School Committee Meetings, Annual, and Special Town Meetings as needed.
